Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We provide landscaping services including, but not limited to, yard cleanups, stone work, patios, flower beds, and general property improvements. All services will be outlined in a written quote provided to the customer before work begins.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are free of charge and valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing may vary if the scope of work changes, materials increase in cost, or unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., poor soil, hidden debris, drainage issues).

3. Scheduling

We aim to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe; however, schedules may be affected by weather, material availability, or other unforeseen delays. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

4. Payments
A deposit may be required before work begins (if applicable).
Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Cancellations

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Property Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area. This includes removing obstacles such as vehicles, furniture, or debris prior to our arrival.

7. Liability

While we take great care in our work, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to property
Underground utilities not properly marked
Damage caused by factors beyond our control

Customers are responsible for informing us of any known hazards or sensitive areas.

8. Materials

We strive to use high-quality materials; however, natural products (stone, soil, plants) may vary in color, size, and appearance. We are not responsible for natural wear, weathering, or plant survival after installation.

9. Warranty

We do not guarantee plant survival due to variables outside our control (weather, watering, soil conditions). Any workmanship concerns must be reported within 7 days of project completion.

10. Changes to Scope

Any additional work requested after the project has started may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By approving a quote and/or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
